Dimapur, Nov. 8 (EMN): Naga Students’ Federation (NSF) has demanded selection of indigenous inhabitant applicants of the State on priority basis and to consider accommodating other applicants should there be any vacancy arising after accommodating the indigenous inhabitants. In a representation State education minister, the Federation vice president, Boveio Poukai Duo, and the information secretary, S Shilukaba Longchar, stated that the forthcoming departmental examination on the criteria for having B.Ed qualification should not be made mandatory. The federation warned not to leave any stone unturned to ensure that its demands are fulfilled in the larger interest of the aspiring candidates and to give all the applicants a fair chance to appear for the examination.
