Dimapur, July 1 (EMN): The Nagaland State Disaster Management Authority (NSDMA), Home department conducted an orientation on disaster management at Loyola Higher Secondary School in Jakhama on June 9 for NCC, Nagaland unit.
A press release received here on Sunday informed that the objective of the programme was to give an overview of disaster management, search and rescue techniques for the students.
The SDRF Kohima unit demonstrated the search and rescue and other life skills to more than 500 NCC cadets.
