DIMAPUR — The Nagaland State Commission for Protection of Child Rights has condemned the act of child molestation, reportedly carried out by one Jose V J, associated with Holy Angel School in Tuensang, according to an FIR filed on September 19.
A DIPR report mentioned that the commission asserted its commitment to exhaust all available resources and efforts to ensure that the accused faces justice in accordance with the provisions of the POCSO Act.
The commission has also prayed for the victims’ swift and complete recovery, acknowledging the emotional trauma they are enduring.
