NSCN (IM) mourns demise

Dimapur, June 6 (EMN): NSCN (IM) has mourned the sudden demise of its tatar of UT, Lovika Swu, son of Yeshito Swu of Sughuna village on June 5. MIP statement said Lovika Swu had served the Naga nation with unwavering national spirit and dedication since joining the national service on October 28, 2016. He was nominated as tatar on February 8, 2017, in recognition of his selfless service. It stated that his name would be recorded in the pages of the Naga history and ever cherished his sacrifices. GPRN in general and the tatar hoho (national parliament) in particular extended respect to the departed soul who had fought a good fight in his lifetime for the sacred cause of the Naga nation and offered condolences to his bereaved family members. It further prayed for his soul to rest in peace.
