Dimapur, Oct. 1 (EMN): The Wancho Region National Workers (WRNW) of National Socialist Council of Nagalim (NSCN) has expressed anguish over the way Indian security forces are targeting its workers, including harassment and arrest after following the killing of Khonsa West MLA Tirong Aboh in May this year in Arunachal Pradesh by unidentified militants. The NSCN (IM) informed this in a statement through its Ministry of Information and Publicity on Tuesday. “The WRNW which is remotely connected to the killing of Tirong Aboh has become the target for the Indian security forces. So far, seven (7) of its members has been arrested during the last three (3) months. The operation continues, so is the harassment. The WRNW in particular and GPRN in general has questioned the rationale of Indian security forces for targeting them,” read the statement.
