NSBG holds ‘reaffirmation ceremony’

[caption id="attachment_137842" align="alignleft" width="550"] Chief minister, TR Zeliang, with the NSBSG officials during the reaffirmation ceremony in Kohima on September 9.[/caption] Dimapur, Sep 9 (EMN): Reaffirmation ceremony of the chief minister, TR Zeliang, as the 10th patron of the Nagaland State Bharat Scout and Guides (NSBSG) was held at the CM’s residential office chamber on September 9. The ceremony was chaired by Vimezhonu, State Organising Commissioner (Guide), NSBSG, in the presence of the parliamentary secretary of Youth Resources and Sports and president of NSBSG, Khekaho Assumi. Lauding the efforts of NSBSG in promoting discipline, loyalty, patriotism as well as physical, mental, moral and spiritual development among Scouts and Guides in the State, the chief minister urged NSBSG to continue contributing in making the State a better place to live in. John Tochimong, State Organising Commissioner (Scout), NSBSG, led in the oath taking, while short speech was delivered by Atuo Mezhur Sekhose, State Chief Commissioner, NSBSG. The programme concluded with a vote of thanks proposed by K Neibou Sekhose, State treasurer, NSBSG.
