Dimapur, May 28 (EMN): Nagaland State Rural Livelihood Mission (NSRLM has organised a four-day state level AAP roll out and dissemination workshop which concluded on May 25.
The department press release stated that the workshop had set a district-wise SMART annual objectives and targets according to state AAP FY 2018-19. It added that the Performance Management System (PMS) and Staff Performance Plan and Assessment (SPPA) was also rolled out.
The press note mentioned that thematic presentations and dissemination about Institution Building and Capacity Building; Social Inclusion-Social Development –Gender; Financial Inclusion; Livelihoods-RSETI and DDU-GKY (Skills), SVEP and MKSP; HR; Finance; Procurement; Knowledge Management & Communication; and Monitoring & Evaluation/MIS were done and incorporated by the management units in their respective district annual plans.
According to the updates, targeted capacity building plans and calendar were also developed for the staff and community institutions and its members, leaders, and cadres.
The updates stated that the entire process was facilitated by the chief operating officer (programs) of NSRLM, M Rollan Lotha. The resource persons joining with Lotha during the process were Trivikram, Shivaji N Choudhury, B.K.Basu, and Madhabananda Ray.
