NPF Minority Wing holds joint meeting

Dimapur, Sep. 12 (EMN): A joint meeting of the Naga People’s Front (NPF) Minority Wing was held on September 11 under the chairmanship of Dr. Amos Longkumer, vice-president of NPF Central and in-charge of Minority Wing Central, an update informed.

During the meeting, Longkumer thanked the Minority Wing members for various activities taken up during pandemic.

He directed the heads of Minority Wing to enrol all the office bearers and members for both active and primary membership for the tenure of 2020-24 immediately as per the guidelines issued by Central president. He also informed that the inactive members without proper ID card will not remain as office bearers of NPF Minority Wing as per the party guidelines.

At the meeting, the house unanimously elected Mukibur Rahman as convenor for fresh enrolment of active and primary membership for the tenure of 2020-24 under Minority Wing.

President of Dimapur Minority Wing Shahid A Barbhuiya presented its village-level activity reports during the lockdown in Dimapur district. He also appealed to the members to contribute towards developmental activities in Nagaland.

President of Minority Wing Central Bishnu Bhathacharjee and other members also attended the meeting.
