To commemorate the 50th Statehood celebration, NPF Minority Cell has distributed free food and water to all the patients admitted in Dimapur District Hospital today. The team also held a prayer programme at the hospital. President NPF Minority Cell, Bishnu Bhattacharjee said the social service was organized as a gesture of love and concern on a person who is under medical care and treatment. He added that this was done inspite of limited resources.
The Minority cell in this regard has appreciated the Medical Superintendent and the whole team of Dimapur District Hospital for their support and cooperation in making the social work a success.
Other Minority cell leaders who attended the programme were Wati Jamir, Minority i/c Dimapur Division; Omprakash Sethi, Rahul Chetri Devendra Rana, all vice presidents; Mahendra Thousan, general secretary and other office bearers.
The release issued by its general secretary Mahendar Thousan has also extended warm greetings to the citizens of Nagaland on completion of 50 years of Statehood.
