Dimapur, Sep 12 (EMN): Dimapur division of the Naga People’s Front (NPF) held a felicitation programme in honour of Lepshi Ao, vice president central and newly appointed division in-charge, at Dimapur-I AC office on September 12 at 10 a.m.
The programme began with an invocation said by president of farmers’ wing, Y Mhonimo Ngullie followed by self introductory from the central, divisions and frontals officials.
Speaking on the occasion, Lepshi Ao thanked the Dimapur division for according him a heart warming reception and assured to always strive together for a united front. He also thanked the NPF president and Lok Sabha MP, Neiphiu Rio, for reposing faith in him by assigning new responsibilities. He appealed to all the party workers to cooperate with him.
Former division president and assistant in-charge, Vihoshe Awomi, and Tokheli Kikon, secretary central women wing, along with all frontal officials of Dimapur division were present at the meeting.
H Thong, working president of NPF Dimapur division, chaired the meeting and also delivered vote of thanks.
