DIMAPUR — The Naga People’s Front has condoled the demise of Aonungkum, secretary of NPF Central, who passed away on March 31 at Guwahati after a brief illness.
In a condolence message, NPF president Apong Pongener, on behalf of the party rank and file, said the party was pained to have parted with one of the staunch regionalists who served the party under various capacities.
“He was an active and distinguished party leader who always works for the party with dedication and sincerity and his demise has created a big vacuum which will be difficult to fill but his contribution towards the welfare of the party will always be cherished and remembered,” the message read.
