WOKHA — The 13th Nagaland Police Baptist Church Association Youth Department (NPBCAYD) triennial convention, themed “Experiencing God together,” hosted by Wokha Police Baptist Church, concluded on October 13 with participation from 24 churches and 485 delegates.

During the culmination event, Pastor Zanbemo Kithan emphasised the importance of obeying God’s commandments to experience His love.

SP Wokha, Aotula T Imchen, spoke about faith and perseverance in her exhortation.

Earlier, the day began with a prayer walk led by Zubonthung Ezung, followed by a Sunday devotional. Choir performances, scripture readings, and offerings were part of the day’s programme. Competitions included original solo and acappella quartet.

An afternoon workshop on LGBTQIA+ issues was held, moderated by Viphrezo. The convention concluded with a closing prayer by Athong and highlighted messages by Rev. Dr. HA Zhimomi. The event also marked the installation of new office bearers and the distribution of competition prizes.
