Note Grid School of Music & Media Studio extends its branch in Mokokchung

Mokokchung, Feb. 6 (EMN): Note Grid School of Music & Media Studio, Dimapur has extended one of its branches in Mokokchung.
The newly extended branch in Mokokchung held an orientation programme cum interactive session at Longkumer Kile in Mokokchung on February 6.
The administrator of the school, Alem said that it’s a fulfilment of the proprietor Longden Longkumer, who started his first music career from Mokokchung. He assured that the school is committed to impart standardised, integrated and intensive training in various disciplines of music to develop and enrich the musical artistry.
Note Grid School of Music & Media Studio is recognised and approved by two international music examination board namely, The Trinity College London and The Rock School UK.
The school is also accredited as the examination centre for both the international institutions since 2012, said the administrator.
She further informed that the new branch in Mokokchung has been approved for examination centre for both the International institutions.
A faculty in voice, Welly Baruah asserted that music is a way of expression that can be perfected and honed over the years.
Dismissing the common misconception that music can be pursued only by people who have talents, he said music is an art form and it can be perfected through time.
The school will be providing courses on classical guitar, piano, violent, electric and acoustic guitar voice, drums, children’s choir conducting, composition (both band and solo situations), etc…
The annual external examinations are conducted by the Trinity College London and The Rock School UK.
