[dropcap]K[/dropcap]IM KARDASHIAN and Kanye West‘s 14-month-old daughter has made her modeling debut in the pages of Carine Roitfeld’s CR Fashion Book.
Photographed by Michael Avedon — the grandson of iconic photographer Richard Avedon — the tiny tot poses with a miniature version of Chanel’s small studded lambskin flap bag (which retails around $2,750, a Chanel employee says) and a flower-shaped brooch from the fashion house.
“It’s never too early to care about fashion!” Chanel creative director Karl Lagerfeld says in a quote that accompanies the image.
In the snapshot, North looks to her left and shows off a half-carat diamond earring. The sparklers (which weigh 1 carat total) were a gift from jeweler Lorraine Schwartz.
“They were a gift for North’s first birthday,” Schwartz recently told E! News. “She’s beautiful, a simply gorgeous little girl. I’m happy to call her my youngest client.”
