The Union have requested that the district administration convene an emergency meeting of all the MDM in-charge and signatories from every school within their respective jurisdiction and sign an oath to make them accountable for the proper implementation of the scheme. ENSF stated that in its emergency meeting held on 31st Oct. 2013 at its Headquarter Tuensang it has resolved to start its first phase of agitation from the 05th Nov. 2013 until its ultimatum is fulfilled.
