No new Covid case for 3 consecutive days in Nagaland

Dimapur, Feb. 23 (EMN):
Nagaland’s Covid-19 tally has remained unchanged at 12192 for three consecutive days with no positive case recorded in the state on Wednesday.

The minister of Health and Family Welfare, S Pangnyu Phom, updated that ‘no Covid-19 positive cases were recorded in the state on February 24, while four patients recovered in Kohima.   

According to the information provided by the Health department, Nagaland currently has eight active Covid-19 cases, out of which seven are asymptomatic and one mild. The state has also recorded 11941recoveries and 91 deaths, out of which 10 are ‘not Covid-related’.

In regard to district-wise distribution of Covid-19 cases, Kohima has six cases and two in Dimapur, while other districts are Covid-free.
