Dimapur, June 13 (EMN): The Eastern Nagaland People's Organization (ENPO) has repeated its objective to having a "frontier Nagaland" and has expressed opposition to any state or central 'packages.' The statement was mentioned in a press release to the media on Wednesday about a meeting the group conducted recently.
'The house unanimously reaffirmed the resolution on the demand for ‘frontier Nagaland state’ as adopted on 25th May, 2007 at Tuensang where a memorandum for the same was submitted to the govt. of India,' the press release stated.
The ENPO mentioned another: Based on its August 24 2012 resolution, the "public" of the eastern regions of the state" shall 'continue to firmly reject any form of economic package both by the Centre and state other than a separate assembly, separate administration and capital of its own.'
