No fresh Covid-19 cases in Nagaland for 10 consecutive days; active cases stand at 2

Nagaland has recorded 12225 Covid-19 cases, 11978 recoveries and 81 deaths so far

Dimapur, March 23 (EMN): No new Covid-19 cases were detected in Nagaland for 10 consecutive days on Tuesday and the number of active cases stands at two.

The minister of Health and Family Welfare, S Pangnyu Phom informed that no Covid-19 positive cases and recoveries were reported in Nagaland in the last 24 hours.

According to the information provided by the Health department, Nagaland has recorded 12225 Covid-19 cases so far, 11978 recoveries and 91 deaths, out of which 10 have been ruled “not Covid-related”.

In regard to district-wise distribution of active Covid-19 cases, Kohima has one asymptomatic case and one mild case in Mokokchung, while the remaining nine districts are Covid-free.
