Dimapur, Oct. 4 (EMN): Taking into account all the ground realities prevailing in the Naga homeland, the Naga National Council (NNC) parent body (PB) has proposed the Global Naga Forum and the Forum for Naga Reconciliation to bring all groups across the table to work out a consensus political stand for one and only solution for the best interest of all the Naga people.
The NNC suggested this during its central executive council meeting considering that this will be the only practical reality for all concerned, a press release issued by NNC stated on Sunday.
The NNC said that these two forums are the right bodies that were involved and have concern for Naga national unity and can bring all together for reconciliation and unity for a political solution as desired by the Naga people.
After thorough deliberations on the present Nag apolitical scenarios, the house came to the conclusion that ‘unless all the Naga national political groups that are inclusive of all the groups come together as one on political consensus for solution, there is no other way for near future political solution with any government’.
