Dimapur, Nov. 25 (EMN): The NNC (Parent Body) has once again called for “Naga national unity”, stating that “at this critical and crucial stage of a political solution with government of India, unless the Naga people and particularly the National workers unite in reality there cannot be a political solution with fragmented opinion and self- interest agendas.”
“The most unfortunate part is internal hatred and division amongst the various political groups which is destructive and is jeopardising the entire Naga people’s future,” read a statement issued by NNC’s information and publicity wing. “NNC with an open heart appeal and urge to all the groups to sincerely come together for national unity for the sake of our future if we truly love and stand for our homeland and our future generation,” it added.
The group also invited all the concerned people and the NNC members in particular to attend it general meeting on November 28 at Lotha Region.
