Dimapur, Jan. 15 (EMN): Backstreet Boys member, Nick Carter dropped a new single titled “Hurts to love you” on January 11 paying tribute to his late brother Aron Carter, who was found dead in his bathtub by a housekeeper on November 5, 2022, at his home in Lancaster, California at age 34.
Nick Carter wrote on his Instagram, “We all have someone in our lives that no matter what they do and how bad it hurt, you still love them. So I work it out the best way I know how #HurtsToLoveTou” alongside with a snippet from the music video”.
In the opening line of the song, Carter reflects on the relationship between them, “Fеlt lіkе wе’vе bееn, thrоugh ѕоmе wаrѕ tоgеthеr, nоbоdу еlѕе саn undеrѕtаnd, wееkѕ аnd mаnу nіghtmаrеѕ tо rеmеmbеr, but thаt wаѕ rеаl lіfе bасk thеn”.

Nick also announced on his Instagram that on January 18, he and his sister, Angel Conrad, will take part in a benefit concert to raise awareness for mental health inspired by the life of his late brother Aaron Carter, where Nick will perform "Hurts To Love You" for the first time.
The concert will also feature several popular artiste like ‘NSYNC’ boy band, members of Backstreet Boys and other special guests and appearances.
All the ticket proceeds will go towards ‘On Our Sleeves’, the movement for children’s mental health and the venue will be at Heart WeHo, West Hollywood, California.
