DIMAPUR — The Nagaland Handloom and Handicrafts Development Corporation (NHHDC) Ltd., Dimapur, will be organising the State Handloom Expo from Nov. 4 to the 11th at Urban Haat, Dimapur.
According to an update, the handloom expo is sponsored by the Office of the Development Commissioner (Handloom), Ministry of Textiles, Government of India.
Interested co-operative societies, producer companies, self-help groups (SHGs), federations, apex societies, handloom and handicrafts agencies, including silk weavers, jute artisans, and the Khadi and Village Industries Commission (KVIC), may apply for participation to the Project Cell, NHHDC Ltd, Half Nagarjan, Dimapur.
Applications must include a detailed address, mobile number, and bank A/C number with the respective IFSC code. The deadline for submission is October 30.
All stalls will be provided free of charge, and lump sum TA/DA and freight charges will be reimbursed according to the prescribed rates of NHDP guidelines, it stated.
