DIMAPUR — In order to clear extra rush of passengers and to fulfill the demand of waiting list passengers, the Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR) has decided to continue the periodicity of few special trains as per existing timings, stoppages and composition.
An update from NFR informed that train no. 08047 (Santragachi - Guwahati) special will leave from Santragachi at 6:00 pm on all Fridays from Oct. 13 till the 27th to reach Guwahati at 3:00 hours on the next day. In return direction, train no. 08048 (Guwahati - Santragachi) special will leave from Guwahati at 4:45 pm on all Saturdays from Oct. 14 till the 28th to reach Santragachi at 12:30 pm on the next day. During it’s both ways journey the special train will run via Goalpara Town, New Bongaigaon, New Cooch Behar, Kishanganj, Malda Town, Rampur Hat and Dankuni.
Train no. 07046 (Secunderabad - Dibrugarh) special will leave from Secunderabad at 11:00 am on all Mondays from Oct. 16 till Nov. 27 to reach Dibrugarh at 8:50 pm on Wednesdays. In return direction, train no. 07047 (Dibrugarh - Secunderabad) special will leave from Dibrugarh at 9:10 am on all Thursdays from Oct. 19 till Nov. 30 to reach Secunderabad at 4:30 pm on Saturdays. During it’s both ways journey the special train will run via Naharkatiya, Dimapur, Lumding Jn., Goalpara Town, New Bongaigaon, New Cooch Behar, Kishanganj, Dankuni, Cuttack, Palasa and Guntur Jn.
[bsa_pro_ad_space id=1]Train no. 09525 (Okha - Naharlagun) special will leave from Okha at 10:00 pm on all Tuesdays from Oct. 17 till Nov. 28 to reach Naharlagun at 4:00 pm on Fridays. In return direction, train no. 09526 (Naharlagun - Okha) special will leave from Naharlagun at 10:00 am on all Saturdays from Oct. 21 till Dec. 2 to reach Okha at 3:35 am on Tuesdays. During it’s both ways journey the special train will run via Rangapara North, Udalguri, Barpeta Road, New Bongaigaon, New Cooch Behar, Kishanganj, Barauni Jn., Varanasi Jn., Gwalior, Ujjain Jn. Ahmedabad, and Jamnagar.
The details of stoppages and timings of this train are available in IRCTC website and are also being notified in various platforms of NFR.
