NFA screens film produced by a Naga

Dimapur, June 29 (EMN): Nagaland Film Association (NFA), in collaboration with Shiyeli Richard Film Production, had a promotional premier screening of a movie ‘Once upon a time in Nagaland’ on June 23.

Advisor of Rural Development and special guest, Dr. Nicky Kire, encouraged the film producer, S Atae Konyak, and his team for the hard work and sacrificial job in producing the movie. He also encouraged the educated Naga youth to involve in film making for self employment.

NFA chairman, Kashito Kiba, explained on the need for film makers to come together and move forward for better quality productions at par with other national and international film industry. He attributed lack of coordination among the Naga film makers to move forward.

He added that NFA was formed to encourage more youth to pursue in film making and acting in Nagaland.
