DIMAPUR — The North East Zone Cultural Centre (NEZCC) has invited applications from renowned scholars, who are sincerely interested to take up research-oriented documentation works in the fields of tribal music, dances and vanishing art forms of northeast namely Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim and Tripura.
NEZCC informed that the applicant should be an Indian citizen and indigenous inhabitant of the concerned state. The selection of the project proposals would be finalized by a panel of experts constituted by the NEZCC.
It informed that application forms and other details could be collected from the office of the Directorate of Art and Culture/ Cultural Affairs, government of the concerned state or Shilpgram at Panjabari in Guwahati and NEZCC head office, Dimapur.
The form would also be available on NEZCC website https://nezccdimapur.org.in and https://www.facebook.com/NEZCC.
Last date for submission of the application is July 15 and applications received thereafter would not be accepted.
It further informed that the director of NEZCC would have the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason.
