SDO (C) James Swu designated as PlO

In a notification, Deputy Commissioner (DC), Dimapur, Kesonyu Yhome has informed that P.James Swu, Sub-Divisional Officer (Civil) Dev & APIO, Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Dimapur has been designated as PlO in the Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Dimapur with immediate effect till further Order.

ADC Pughoboto informs on tree plantation drive

ADC Pughoboto, Avelu Ruho has informed all the villages under Pughoboto Sub-Division that a tree plantation drive is being organised under LADP on May 12 from 7 a.m. All the villages have been directed to ensure active participation of all members including Church, women groups, youth and students for the successful completion of the tree plantation drive. Further all the above organizations have been requested to disseminate the information to its members for mass participation.

Red Cross Dmr branch special meeting

IRCS Dimapur vice president, Ajay Sethi has informed all the members of Red Cross Dimapur branch to attend a special meeting on May 5, 3 p.m. at NIIT Dimapur Center to deliberate on the celebration of World Red Cross Day & AGM

Pughoboto SDPDB meeting

The monthly Sub-Divisional Planning & Development Board (SDPDB) Pughoboto meeting has been convened on May 8, 11 a.m. at ADC office. All the members have been requested to attend the meeting.

CSU official meeting

Chakhesang Student’s Union (CSU) has convened an official meeting on May 5, 2 p.m. at its president’s residence, PWD colony Pfutsero. All the officials have been asked to attend. It also informed that the union will organise picnic- cum- cleaning of the NSF Monolith erected at Pfutsero via Kikruma on May 6. Seniors and well wishers have been invited to the programme.

RBAPRYD elects new team

Railway Bazar Area Permanent Residence Youth Dimapur in its general body meeting, elected new office bearers for the tenure 2017-2020, led by Dingding as president, Akube as vice president, Ganesh Prasad as general secretary and Akolie as treasurer.

NPYC condoles

Nagaland Pradesh Youth Congress (NPYC) is saddened over the sudden and untimely demise late Joshua Swu, former president of NPYC. The NPYC said ge was a man of vibrant personality to the Congress party and Nagas in general. It also expressed that his tireless effort and contribution towards the Congress party and Nagas will always be fondly remembered. NPYC further extended deepest condolences to the bereaved families, relatives and friends and pray for the departed soul to rest in peace.
