Rüzaphema union felicitates successful students
Rüzaphema Students’ Union (RSU) has felicitated successful students of the HSLC and HSSLC. RSU has organised a felicitation programme on May 27. The programme began with an invocation said by Kelhoungusa, deacon, while the welcome address was said by Bato, vice president. The union press release issued by its president, Mütsitsü Chüzho and the vice president Bato Yokha have wished all success in their future endeavour.
PDBA convenes meeting
Phek District Badminton Association (PDBA) has convened an executive meeting on May 31 at 9 am at Pine Hotel, Kohima. The meeting has been convened to discuss on the matters relating to hosting of Nagaland inter-district badminton tournament and open championship 2018 .The association president, Kelhikha Kenye has requested all the concerned executive members to attend the proposed meeting without fail.
Army recruitment results in June
A recruitment rally was held in Tuensang from April 12 to 14 for enrolment of boys from Nagaland to Indian Army. Subsequently medical fitness test was conducted from April 15 to May 5. The written test for the successful candidates was held at Rangapahar, Dimapur, May 27, wherein a total of 499 candidates took the examination. The result of the test is likely to be declared in the website www.joinindianarmy.nic.in by second week of June 2018.
