TSUD convenes executive meet
The Tenyimi Students Union Dimapur (TSUD) has convened an executive council meeting on March 17 at 1 pm at union’s office in Dimapur. Executive council members have been requested to attend the meeting.
Kohima GBs informed on submission of house tax
The deputy commissioner of Kohima, Rajesh Soundararajan has informed all Gaon Boras of Kohima district to submit the annual house tax for the year 2017-2018 to the extras assistant commissioner (Sadar), Kohima, C Wangan on or before March 23. DC also reminded that the house tax has to be collected by the concerned GBs and submit the same for the whole village / ward through the village council or ward chairman. Failure to submit within the stipulated time, DC has warned of entail forfeiture of the house tax commissioner and red blankets to the erring GBs.
DES to organize orientation programme
Directorate of Economics & Statistics will be conducting an orientation programme on ‘Official statistics and office procedures’ on March 15 in its conference hall in Kohima. Joint Director DES Neidilhou Angami will chair the inaugural programme while Director, DES Y Sacheo Ovung will deliver the inaugural address. Deputy Director DES Kezhalelhou Solo will give the introductory remarks.
Phek’s DC informs arms licensee
Deputy Commissioner Phek Shanavas C has informed all arm licensees in the district whose arms have been kept under the custody of police station in view of the 13th Nagaland State Legislative Assembly election, to collect the same at the earliest from the Police Station Phek.
