Dimapur, April 13 (EMN): The deputy commissioner of Tuensang L Jamithung Lotha inaugurated a cultural museum at the Sao Chang Government College in the district on April 12.
Updates from the institution on Monday informed about the inaugural function.
The main objective of the museum is to ‘encourage participatory culture’ from which students may learn about various cultural showpieces and speak about creative arts, the press release stated. The college has invited citizens to display their artwork in the museum. It was informed that the museum was set up as an initiative of the college’s history department, members of faculty, and supervision of the principal, it was informed.
