The official said also that the students should work hard and be sincere in their work ‘for long term success.’ He emphasized on the ‘power of developing the habit of hard work.’ The guest of honor of the event was Michael Yhome, deputy superintendent of police. In his address, he hoped the coaching institution would be a ‘place for student to learn’ and ‘not for commercial purpose.’ He said that the institute should be a mentor and guide and ‘not as a teacher, for students to learn so that the students understand and conceptualized things better.’ Also, the managing director of the centre, Dr. Seyievilie Mor, spoke about the importance of providing quality education to underprivileged students. During the brief program, speech on behalf of Samarth India was delivered by Dr. Kamlesh Kumar Sharma. Samarth Nagaland has 13 trained faculty members. It has a sitting capacity for 180 students. The institute houses six rooms.
