Neepco donates physiotherapy equipment to District Hospital Wokha

Dimapur, Dec. 21 (EMN): As part of its corporate social responsibility (CSR), the North Eastern Electric Power Corporation Limited Company (Neepco) located at Doyang hydroelectric plant donated five physiotherapy equipment to Dr. Motsuo Memorial District Hospital at Wokha town on December 19.

An update from Neepco stated that the equipment were donated under CSR scheme 2019-2020. It added that the medical superintendent of the District Hospital, Dr. Tumchobeni, received the equipment on behalf of the hospital from Deben Ch. Das, head of DHEP, in presence of host of Neepco and hospital officials.

It added that as a responsible corporate citizen, NEEPCO is committed to undertake community development with special focus on education, health,

infrastructure development and other community needs.
