Dimapur, Feb. 12 (EMN): Youth wing of the Nationalist Democratic Progressive Party (NDPP) has resolved to uphold and strengthen the policies and programmes of PDA government under the leadership of the state chief minister, Neiphiu Rio, and the party president and PDA chairman, Chingwang Konyak.

The resolution to this effect was taken during its executive meeting on February 12 held in its central headquarters, Chümoukedima, Dimapur, which was attended by central youth organisation office bearers. The youth wing also resolved to reach out and create awareness for a plastic free environment in tune with the policy of the PDA government in the entire state.

Besides, it also resolved to organise a tour programme of the regions and assembly constituencies for further strengthening and coordination of the party.

The meeting was chaired by its president, Kelhouneizo Yhome, while NDPP secretary general, Abu Metha, exhorted the youth leaders by highlighting various programs and achievements of the PDA government under the leadership of the chief minister, Neiphiu Rio.
