DIMAPUR — The Nationalist Democratic Progressive Party (NDPP) of Wokha region has unanimously resolved to support the People’s Democratic Alliance (PDA) government under the leadership of Nagaland Chief Minister, Neiphiu Rio.
The resolution to this effect was taken during a consultative meeting of NDPP Wokha region along with members of the party central executive board (CEB) and central women organisation (CWO), presidents of all the four assembly constituencies and frontal organisation on March 5 at its region office.
NDPP Wokha region thanked Neiphiu Rio, party president Chingwang Konyak, NDPP parliamentary board and all the PDA government alliance partner leaders and members for awarding the NDPP ticket to Dr. Chumben Murry for the upcoming Lok Sabha election.
An update from NDPP Wokha region conveyed congratulations to Dr. Chumben Murry for having gained the confidence of the PDA government and NDPP parliamentary board for being awarded the NDPP ticket to the upcoming Lok Sabha election.
The NDPP Wokha region further reaffirmed and resolved to take strict disciplinary action against any NDPP members within Wokha district found indulging in anti-party activities especially during the upcoming Lok Sabha election 2024.
