DIMAPUR — The Nationalist Democratic Progressive Party (NDPP), Wokha region, and NDPP 39 Sanis Assembly Constituency launched its first campaign programme for the People’s Democratic Alliance (PDA) consensus candidate, Dr. Chumben Murry, in the upcoming Lok Sabha election at multi-purpose building in Sanis town on Saturday.
Dignitaries including advisor of Agriculture, Mhathung Yanthan; NDPP treasurer, Dr. John Murry; NDPP vice president, TL Merry, NDPP general secretary CEB, Renbomo Kikon; NDPP secretary CEB and in-charge of Wokha region, Renbio Lotha; NDPP CEB members, Mhonthung Patton and Yilobemo Humtsoe; NDPP central women organisation members, Grace Murry and Orenboni Kikon; all village councils chairmen under 39 Sanis Assembly Constituency along with around 800 members present at the programme, NDPP Wokha region stated in an update.
Speaking at the campaign, the advisor Yanthan asserted that Dr. Chumben Murry is a sincere and dedicated person who can do better works for the livelihood of the people as well as for infrastructure developments. He thanked the huge gathering for their concern towards the PDA candidate and requested all the villages under 39 Sanis Assembly Constituency to cast their vote for PDA candidate.
It stated that all the NDPP central team encouraged the gathering to vote for Dr. Chumben Murry.
Meanwhile, it informed that all the NDPP units under 39 Sanis AC as well as village elders assured to extend full support and work for positive results of Dr. Chumben Murry.
