NDPP Kohima undertakes tour of various constituencies

Dimapur, Oct. 8 (EMN): Central executive board (CEB) members of the Nationalist Democratic Progressive Party (NDPP) and regional in-charge of Kohima under the leadership of its general secretaries Prasielie Pienyü and Peter Kuotsu, secretary Kevipopi along with working president Kedulhoulie Huozha and office bearers of Kohima region successfully undertook tour to various assembly constituencies from October 5 to the 7th.

An update from the party stated that the team had highlighted on the success and achievements of PDA government, the need for enlarging enrolment of party membership, co-operation, policies and vision of NDPP for the uplift of social economical status of rural populace through dignity of hard work and encouragements of farmers in developing Agri and Allied sector during the tour.

The team has thanked the advisor and its convenor Dr. Neikiesalie Kire, co-convenor and in-charge of the party organisation, Zale Neikha for their encouragement towards the team and the party. It has also acknowledged its former candidates Kevisekho Kruse from 8 Western Angami constituency, Dr. Kekhrielhoulie Yhome from 10 Northern Angami-I constituency for their eagerness and concern in bonding with assembly constituency party members and to all unit party presidents and colleagues and frontal organisation of various assembly constituencies under Kohima district for actively participating in NDPP Kohima regional consultative meeting besides shouldering and fostering responsibility and accountability towards the party.

It mentioned that the party workers are tirelessly working and sacrificing for the party at the grassroots to strengthen the party position. It added that the CEB team has accepted positive criticism and highly motivated by the enthusiasm of party people at the grassroots.

It further stated that with its motto “Facta Non Verba”, the party would continue to multiply its party membership under the leadership of its president Chingwang Konyak and the chief minister Neiphiu Rio.
