NCSU gives awards to best traffic personnel

Dimapur, Dec. 16 (EMN): Female traffic personnel Seyiekhrieno and male traffic personnel Razhuvotsu Rhutso, both from of Jakhama village, were conferred best traffic personnel awards by the Nagaland Contractors and Suppliers’ Union (NCSU) on December 15. They received certificates along with cash award INR 10000 each.
NCSU gave away the awards during its advent Christmas cum felicitation programme at Hotel Japfu, Kohima. NCSU felt that traffic task is a noble job and deserve recognition. It urged the state government to come forward and appreciate their selfish service to the people.
Speaker of the function, Rev. Dr. Hokheto Chophy urged upon the gathering to let Jesus be born in their homes and hearts. He asked whether there is any room for Jesus while celebrating Christmas as there was no room for Jesus when He was born in Bethlehem.

Traffic officer in-charge of both north and south police stations have appreciated NCSU for honouring traffic personnel over the years.
The programme was led by NSCU advisor T Yanger Imchen, while pastor of Phesama Baptist Church Rokovilei Zashumo invoked God’s blessing, special song was presented by Kepebenyii Rame and Inato Assumi and greetings was delivered by its vice president KL Setou.
The union general secretary John Kath and the president Pele Khezhei felicitated the members.
