A ‘Prayer and Healing Crusade’ will be held from January 13 to the 15th at Nagaland Christian Revival Church (NCRC) prayer centre, 7th Mile, Chümoukedima, where about 150 prayer warriors from different prayer centres are expected to attend.

The main speakers for the crusade will be Chris Lingberg, founder of ‘It is Time Canada,’ and director for Europe and Asia Centre for Bible Exposition, language and Translation (CBELT), Mezhusevi  Zutso.

Addressing a press conference on Thursday at NCRC, Chümoukedima, convenor of ‘Prayer and Healing Crusade’, Khotuo Yaotsu said the crusade would be mainly focused on three purposes- to engage all prayer warriors and Christians to come together for prayer, to pray for divine intervention in the forthcoming state election and the pursuance of Naga political solution and, to seek holistic healing and deliverance from the divine healer.

Zutso highlighted the fact that while most crusades in Nagaland are “spiritual and charismatic”, NRCR prayer centre hopes to hold a crusade that is also “holistic and deals with social and political concerns.”

Pastor of NCRC prayer centre, Neibulie Bei-o, shared that in December 2020, Nagaland Prayer Centre, prayer groups and prayer convention conducted a service which was attended by more than 300 prayer warriors from 100 prayer centres.

During the service, it was revealed that a prayer and healing crusade should be conducted every year in the NCRC prayer centre, he added.

As per the organisers, around 5000 people are expected to attend the four-service crusade.
