Dimapur, Sep. 19 (EMN): Brig K Venugopal, SM Gp. commander of National Cadet Corps (NCC), Kohima visited Sainik School, Punglwa and inspected the NCC Coy on Saturday.
During his visit, the commander was briefed about the NCC and its activities by the officer commanding, Lt Col P Davidson, an update informed.
The officer appreciated the endeavour of the ANOs, Lt Kanu Barman (SD) and SO Sunil Kumar (JD) and gave suggestions for the betterment of the Coy.
He also visited the NCC office, academic block, and school campus and had an interaction with the staff, it informed.
Venugopal was accompanied by Colonel Prashant Pachauri, DGC and CAO of NCC, Kohima.
