DIMAPUR — The NCC cadets were given insights into ‘cyber security’ during an Informative and Awareness lecture delivered by V.N. Yhome, ASP, PHQ, Nagaland Police, on the fifth day of NCC training held at Greenwood School, Dimapur, on Friday.

‘The ASP highlighted the Modus Operandi of the Cyber Frauds and crimes, dos and don’ts for the internet and mobile users, method of prevention and reporting of a cyber crime, etc.,’ read an update from PRO (Defence) Kohima.

He also cautioned the cadets not to succumb to malicious offers via internet, it added.

He visited the training infrastructure like the firing simulator, adhoc shooting range, NCC guard room and the information gallery, said the update.
