DIMAPUR — Nagaland Board of School Education (NBSE) informed that the Higher Secondary Leaving Certificate (HSSLC) examinations would be held from February 12 to March 6, which the High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) examinations would be held from February 13 to the 23rd.
A NBSE press release issued by its chairperson, Aseno Sekhose, informed that a total of 17907 students including 14311 in Arts, 969 in Commerce and 2623 in Science have enrolled for HSSLC examinations. The students would write the examinations in 68 centres. Besides, 274 candidates would appear under compartmental category in 13 examination centres.
It also informed that a total of 22152 candidates have enrolled for the HSLC examinations 2024 and would be appearing from 95 examination centres. In informed that 449 candidates would also be appearing the HSLC compartmental examination 2024 from 15 examination centres.
Meanwhile, it informed that the Class 11 promotion examination 2024 would be conducted simultaneously with HSSLC examination from February 12 in the afternoon from 1 pm to 4 pm. A total of 20166 students have enrolled in Class 11 and would be appearing in 185 registered higher secondary schools across the state.
It further informed that the Board has announced routines of the above examinations and it is made available at the Board’s portal www.nbsenl.edu.in. Head of institutions, teachers and students are asked to visit the portal and download the routines. It also advised the students to check the routines and plan out their study schedules accordingly.
