DIMAPUR — Nagaland Baptist Church Council Youth Department (NBCCYD) held its board meeting and retreat at Zeme Baptist Church Council (ZBCC) from September 26 to the 28th. The event was hosted by Jalukie Town Local Baptist Church.
An update from the youth department stated that its president, Kevilhouleü S Kehie, and vice president, Lakiumong Khipuru, chaired the meeting, while the introductory session was led by its secretary, Rev. Suhuto Chishi. The NBCA youth secretary, Akum, led the devotion, which was followed with presentation of reports and discussions.
Around 26 delegates comprising youth secretaries and leaders from different associations attended the event.
Meanwhile, NBCCYD has expressed gratitude to ZBCC leadership and Jalukie Town Local Baptist Church for the warm welcome and hospitality. It also acknowledged Rev. Dr. Mongzeung Mpom and the team of ‘Kingdom Steward’ for training the youth secretaries with recreational activities and assistance towards the success of the event.
