KOHIMA — Nepali Baptist Church (NBC) Zubza, Raptors, Youngsters CC and Dynamic Kohima have advanced to the semi-finals of the ongoing Gold Cup 50-Ball Cricket Tournament (six-a-side, tennis ball) being held in Kohima.
The three-day tournament, which commenced on Thursday, is being organised by the Nepali Baptist Church (NBC), Kohima, as part of its year-long Golden Jubilee celebrations at the Rüzhükhrie Government Higher Secondary School ground, Kohima.
Altogether 18 teams are competing in the tournament. The semi-final and final matches are scheduled to be played on Saturday.

In the first semi-final match, Raptors will take on NBC Zubza at 10 am, while Youngsters CC will face Dynamic Kohima in the second semi-final.
Before the final match, a friendly super six match will be played between the NBC Kohima Fathers’ Group and the Youth Department.
The valedictory ceremony, scheduled for 2 pm, will be graced by Santu Thapa, President of the Gorkha Public Panchayat, Kohima.
