Dimapur, Sep. 22 (EMN): The year-long golden jubilee celebration of Nagaland Bar Association (NBA) will culminate on September 27 at Agri Expo, 4th Mile, Dimapur, in which the state chief minister, Neiphiu Rio would grace the inaugural session at 10 am as an honoured guest.
The association secretary, V Hukavi Zhimomi, stated that a retired judge of Supreme Court, Justice HK Sema, will speak on the theme “50 years of Nagaland Bar Association.”
He added that the business session at 2 pm will be graced by Justice Songkhupchung Serto, judge of Guwahati High Court, Kohima Bench, as the jubilee honoured guest. During the session Justice WA Shishak, former Chief Justice of Himachal Pradesh High Court, will speak on the topic “Celebrating our past, inspiring the future.”
The cultural session at 4:30 pm will be graced by Dr. SC Jamir, former Governor and former chief minister. Highlights of the session would included presentation of Naga Kaleidoscope by four tribal troupes.
