Dimapur, May 2 (EMN): The 9th Open Basketball Tournament organised by the Nagaland Basketball Association (NBA) and Suncity Club Kohima in order to maintain the standard of the Tournament, will hold a meeting with the confirmed and interested teams on May 7 (2 p.m.) at Suncity Office PMK Building, P. Khel Kohima Village.
Therefore all the team managers and coaches are requested to attend the meeting positively. The meeting briefing will be based on
• Coach briefing, such as coaching skills, technicalities and game rules and regulations.
• Manager briefing, such as maintaining the standard of the teams and other do’s and don’ts.
The organising team will be highlighting how the tournament will be conducted, in lifting up the game standards by using Digital shot clocks, Digital scoreboards, which will be a first of its kind in the state.
The organising board also would like to introduce Players Drafting which will be use in the upcoming years, maintaining the player’s individual records and providing players performance in ranking wise.
