Nagaland's Hornbill Festival 2022 begins

The 23rd edition of the Hornbill Festival began on Thursday at the Naga Heritage Village Kisama. Vice President of India Jagdeep Dhankhar graced the opening ceremony in the presence Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio, Governor Professor Jagdish Mukhi, and a hosts of other dignitaries. The ten-daylong cultural extravaganza will witnessed hundreds of events and cultural performances.
