Nagaland Winter Expedition

DIMAPUR — Kenzeu Lungalang, president of the Association of Offroaders Nagaland, flagged off the Nagaland Winter Expedition 2023, hosted by 4x4 Attitude Expedition, on Wednesday from CT Square, 7th Mile, Chümoukedima.

According to a DIPR report, the expedition will cover 12 districts of Nagaland in nine days, traversing the most difficult terrain and creeks to reach the easternmost border of India-Myanmar. It will be the first of its kind, covering the length and breadth of Nagaland.

The Winter Expedition 2023 features 24 cars from outside Nagaland with participants from all over India, as well as six backup vehicles from the host side. The host would also provide service backup.

The expedition will cover Niuland, Sanis under Wokha district, Mokokchung, Longwa under Mon district, Zunheboto, Tuophema under Kohima district, Pfutsero under Phek district, and Benreu under Peren district during the nine-day event, which will also include trail drives in between.

Yanrenthung Jamio of 4x4 Attitude Expedition assured that the expedition will be an extraordinary showcase of adventure, exploration, and cultural immersion, promoting the chief minister's vision of making Nagaland the world's off-road capital.
