Khrievono Seletsu , Judicial Magistrate First Class (JMFC) and WDLSA secretary, delivered the keynote address, while Shanchobeni P Lotha, Project Assistant, spoke on consumer rights, rights of women and child, and Renthunglo Kikon, centre administrator of OSC, spoke on introduction of OSC and women centric schemes. Shendemo Khuvung, proprietor of Green Valley School, delivered the welcome address. The programme was chaired by Zuchano  Kikon, Para Legal Volunteer, WDLSA.
