Principals of law colleges directed to convey their collective decision to the university in two weeks

Kohima, Oct. 4 (EMN):
Nagaland University (NU) on Sunday suspended the LLB examinations for 1st, 3rd and 5th semester (online/offline) which was scheduled to be held from October 5.

A notification issued on October 4 stated that the university had suspended the examinations "considering the differences of opinion among the stakeholders with regard to the mode of conduct of LLB examinations—1st, 3rd and 5th semester (online/offline) scheduled on the October 5, 2020 onward”.

Nagaland University is constrained to suspend the LLB examinations notified earlier vide No. NU/Ex-29/Vol-1-03 dated September 10, 2020 till consensus is arrived at within the various interest groups, it stated.

Further, the NU authorities had notified the principals of the law colleges to convey to the university the collective decision taken within two weeks for further necessary action.
