DIMAPUR — The office of the Nagaland Two-Wheeler Taxi Association (NTWTA) Kohima Headquarters has issued a public advisory on Wednesday, urging citizens to report any issues related to two-wheeler taxi service in Kohima.
Highlighting several concerns raised by the general public regarding two-wheeler taxi service in the city, the association, through a press release, requested the citizens to contact its office for cases such as overcharging, reckless driving, choosing of destination, etc.
However, the association said that if a passenger appears to be visibly intoxicated and poses a risk, the taxi rider reserves the right to refuse service, to ensure the safety of both the passenger and the driver.
To facilitate reporting and resolution of such issues, the association has provided contact numbers for the public: 6009693151 (Office NTWTA), 8132882827 (Convener Action Committee) and 9366923870 (Co-convener Action Committee).
