Directorate of Technical Education, Nagaland, announces 13 new allied and healthcare curricula from 2026–27 session.

DIMAPUR — The Directorate of Technical Education, Nagaland, has informed that, in reference to a letter received from the Government of India’s Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, the National Commission for Allied and Healthcare Professions (NCAHP) has notified 13 curricula for various allied and healthcare profession courses at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
According to the notification, the newly approved curricula will be implemented from the 2026–27 academic session, a DIPR report stated.
The directorate further stated that in the majority of the curricula notified, one of the eligibility criteria for admission includes appearing in the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET), in addition to fulfilling other prescribed requirements.

It was also informed that the NCAHP is in the process of releasing additional curricula for allied and healthcare profession courses.
